This policy explains how Tufan and Brothers (“we”, “us”) processes information when authorised users access the Tufan & Brothers Management mobile application and related management system. The application is a private business workspace and is not intended for general consumer use.
Information we process
- Account information: name, email address, internal user identifier, role, language and notification preferences.
- Project and user content: projects, tasks, discussions, comments, files, images, documents, schedules, purchasing records, labour information, expense and budget information that authorised users choose to access or submit.
- Device and notification information: device platform, application version, push-notification token and notification delivery preferences.
- Security and technical information: login and security events, IP address, timestamps, and limited diagnostic information needed to operate and protect the service.
How we use information
We process this information to authenticate users, provide project-management functions, synchronise authorised business records, deliver requested notifications, support collaboration, maintain backups, troubleshoot problems, and protect the confidentiality and integrity of the system.
AI-assisted features
When an authorised user actively uses an AI-assisted feature, the user’s prompt and the relevant project context required to answer it may be sent to our contracted AI service provider for processing. AI features are used only to provide the requested response and are not used for advertising.
Service providers
We use carefully selected providers for infrastructure, encrypted transport, email delivery, backup, push notifications (including Google Firebase Cloud Messaging), and optional AI processing. They may process limited information only as needed to provide these services and subject to their contractual and security obligations.
Sharing, advertising and tracking
We do not sell personal information. The application contains no third-party advertising and does not track users across apps or websites for advertising purposes. Information may be disclosed when required by law or when necessary to protect users, our company, or the service.
Retention and security
Information is retained for as long as required for active projects, legitimate business records, contractual obligations, security, backup and applicable law. We use access controls, encrypted connections, restricted administrative access, backups and monitoring appropriate to the sensitivity of the system. No method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Your choices and rights
Authorised users can manage supported language and notification preferences in the application. Requests to access, correct or delete personal information are handled subject to project, contractual and legal record-retention requirements. Users should contact their company administrator or us using the address below.
Children
The application is a professional business tool and is not directed to children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the application, our providers or legal requirements change. The updated date shown above identifies the current version.
